hardware solution based upon your specific requirements.

Site Surveys:
LabelPack Automation provides site surveys and delivers detailed
specifications for wireless and other hardware installations.

Systems Design:
Upon acceptance of the proposal, LabelPack Automation Engineers will
develop a system design including software and hardware
configurations. The design will be submitted in the form of a
Migration Specification/Implementation Plan (MSIP) for your
approval.

Custom
Programming: LabelPack Automation Programmers are capable of developing
custom software solutions to fit your application including code
development, database management, machine programming, and
custom controls. Documentation is provided including source
code.

Installation:
After the development of the custom software and the manufacture
and acceptance of the hardware, LabelPack Automation Systems Engineers will
complete the installation of the system on site. LabelPack
Automation is
capable of cabling and electrical installations.

Training:
LabelPack Automation Systems Engineers provide on site training utilizing
the documentation created during the development stage.
LabelPack Automation utilizes the "train the trainer" approach whenever
possible.

Project
Management: A Project Manager is assigned on every installation
and will provide timelines and updates during the development
stage with status reports.

Maintenance: LabelPack Automation offers continuing coverage of your system
for software and hardware installations. Technical Service
Retainers and maintenance contracts are available.
