• Phone and onsite equipment support

• Facilitating manufactures warranty

• Phone and onsite IT support

Contractual support is available for both phone and onsite support or pre-purchased blocks of time maybe available as Technical Service Retainers (TSRs). TSRs can provide a discounted hourly rate.
