LabelPack's systems engineers do more than sell and engineer your labeling equipment. Before making any recommendations on a software or hardware solution, we will assess your business process, observe your current production process, and discuss your business needs and goals. LabelPack Automation will engineer the most efficient solution to your production needs.
LabelPack Automation won't suggest solutions to your production line without first conducting a full survey of your site. A site survey will help us discover how much space is available for upgrading your production line, what type of equipment you may need, what labels would work best on your products, and other critical pieces of information. A site survey is important to a successful integration because it gives us detailed information about specifications for wireless connectivity, air access and other critical information to the installation.
When you choose LabelPack Automation as your automated labeling system expert, our Engineers will get to work on your system design immediately. They will develop a turnkey labeling system design - both software and hardware configurations - that best suits your business and will help you reach your business objectives. The design will then be presented to you in the form of a Migration Specification/Implementation Plan (MSIP0 for you to approve).
After the labeling system design is approved, LabelPack's programmers will develop a custom software solution or use existing off-the-shelf software as needed to fit your label application.

Once the custom software for your new system has been developed and the hardware has been manufactured, tested and approved, installation can begin. LabelPack Automation's team of engineers will complete the installation of your new labeling system onsite. Our engineers are experts, capable of cabling and electrical installations. LabelPack's engineers plan for the unexpected and are trained at solving problems as they arise. Installations can be a difficult process - but with LabelPack, we can assure you that our engineers are able to identify and treat problems if and when they do occur.
Once installation is complete, we won't just abandon you. LabelPack Automation's engineers provide onsite training, utilizing the documentation created during the development stage. LabelPack believes in the "training the trainer" approach - to help your team understand how to train others to use your new labeling system.
Don't worry about being bounced around to different customer service reps. LabelPack provides you with a dedicated project manager to answer all of your questions and address your needs. A project manager is assigned to every installation and can provide you status reports - including timelines and updates - during the development stage of your system upgrade.
