Table Top Tamp Label Applicator
Custom Table Top Tamp Label Applicator
Tabeltop semi-auto wrap labeling system demo
Flat products are inserted by hand into a jig. Sensors detect the product and a tamp applies a label to the top of the product.
Flat products are inserted into the fixture. A label is tamped down on the surface of the product.
Cylindrical products are loaded in the hopper. The hopper automatically dispenses the products onto the conveyor. A label is applied and wrapped around the product. Markets served: pharmaceutical, cannibus, cbd, food, and beverage.

Join us as we explain the details of this labeling system. Cylindrical products travel down a conveyor. A product sensor detects the position of the product. A servo controlled applicator places a label on the product as it passes by at the same speed assuring a perfect transition. A wrap belt spins the product and smoothly wraps the label around the bottle.
Automated Candle Labeling System
Automated Wipe Down Label Applicator
Dual Print and Apply
Labels candles on the top, side, and bottom. Keeps candles from spinning to allow labels to line up nicely. Easy and consistent changeover. HMI recipe selection for each candle sets the system parameters. Tamp and blow larger labels or switch to wipe for smaller labels. Print and apply at last station. Customize your own system to suit your labeling needs.
Products travel down a conveyor and a product sensor detects the position of the product. The label applicator delays until the product is in the labeling position. The applicator feeds a label onto the top panel of the package. It continues through a series of wipe downs that secure the label down the sides of the package.
LabelPack Automation designed and built two standard 410 print and apply applicators integrated with an industrial panel PC, custom software, and programming to generate and send a label to the applicators simultaneously. When the product sensor detects a carton a timer starts to control the label placement. When the timer is satisfied each of the print and apply applicators tamp cylinders extend to apply the labels on each side of the carton. The smart tamp technology ensures label contact without product damage. Both applicators feature a Zebra ZE500 print engine to handle the printing. LabelPack Automation is a Zebra certified and trained print engine specialist and has over 45 years of experience integrating and servicing Zebra equipment. Fully Automated Front / Back Labeling System
Automated Clamshell Labeling System
Custom Automated Cup Labeling System
Products travel down a conveyor and are spaced evenly by a pacing wheel. They are centered and uniformly presented to the labelers by two orienting conveyors. A product sensor detects the position of the product. The applicator delays until the product is in the labeling position. The applicators wipe a label onto both the front and back of the product as it passes by. The product is held in place during labeling by a top hold down conveyor to ensure repeatability.
Varying size clamshell containers travel down a conveyor and a LabelPack Automation 320 Labeling Head wipes down a label on the top of the container. The system is variable speed. An inkjet provides a date code onto the label.
Cups are safely inserted by hand into the system through a light curtain and onto a custom jig. The wheel indexes to the next station where an ionizer removes the static and the label is applied to the cup. The next station wipes down and finishes the labeling process. The final station ejects the cup into a bin.
